Our Returns Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:

  • In original, unused condition
  • With all tags and packaging intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Note on Hygiene Items: For the safety of all our customers, camping stoves and cookware that show signs of use cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. These products must be in pristine, unopened condition for returns.

How to Return an Item

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days), we’ll process your refund:

  • Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)

Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases of our error.
