Our Hassle-Free Returns Process

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. Here’s how our straightforward process works:

Important: For hygiene reasons, camping stoves and cookware must be in pristine, unopened condition for returns. Items showing signs of use cannot be accepted.

Refund Process

Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases of our error (wrong item shipped or defective product).
